We have been fortunate enough over the last few years to have been published in Home Magazine, Renovation Style, Timber Homes Illustrated, Custom Wood Homes, Pinnacle Living/Mountain Homes and Southern Living Home remodeling Guide. We have won numerous awards for our designs over the last few years, not because we view any single project as an opportunity to design for publication or to make a magazine cover, very few projects have the budget, program or the client's desire to do this. Our award winning projects were simply a result of a project meeting our client’s needs, blending seamlessly into the surroundings and impacting the site in a very sensitive way. Ultimately, this is what award winning design is really about.

Balsam Mountain Preserve is a private residential community nestled on 4,400 acres in the pristine mountains of western North Carolina.
